How to insert your tension fabric graphic into a TFS tension frame:

All aspects of production are kept in-house. This keeps costs competitive and maintains maximum quality control.

To ensure your Tension Fabric graphics fit in your frames perfectly, we use a winning combination of print and production techniques for the perfect tension.

All TFS graphics are finished with our specially formulated PVC-free keder outer gel edge insert. The keder is manufactured to match typical silicone properties in elasticity. It also has low coefficient of friction. This makes our tension fabric edging very pliable and forgiving for trouble free installation. In addition, no silicone release powder is used, ensuring no offset dust marks make their way onto the print surface. By comparison, we’ve found cheaper PVC keder to be stiff and unforgiving. PVC can cause fatigue on larger installs resulting in unhappy staff and slower installation times.

The material used to produce our keder is formulated to be environmentally friendly. It is fully recyclable and PVC free. It does NOT contain any traceable amounts of Cadmium, Lead Mercury, Chromium VI, Nickel, Bisphenol or Chloroparaffins.
